Founded to give property managers and self-managed councils a single engineering team instead of a stack of disconnected consultants. Building science was the first discipline through the door.

As councils asked harder questions, the team grew to cover structure and ground conditions in house, so one firm could carry a file from the envelope all the way to the foundation.

A second office brought the same multi-disciplinary team to the Okanagan, so stratas in Kelowna, West Kelowna, Penticton, and Vernon work with engineers who know the region.

How Strata Engineering started
Founded in 2012 to give property managers and self-managed councils a single engineering team for the whole building. The same team works both sides of the province, from Burnaby to Kelowna.
Offices
Our head office is in Burnaby serving the Lower Mainland. Our Kelowna office brings the same multi-disciplinary team to the Okanagan, where we have been delivering reports and project work for years.
